Elevate sausages with a flavorful salad for quick and cozy autumn dinners!
Ingredients:
  • 12 thick pork and fennel sausages
  • 2 pink lady apples, quartered, cored, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 small red cabbage, shredded
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced into 5cm lengths
  • 2 celery stalks, thinly sliced diagonally
  • 60g baby rocket
  • 131.25 gm Caesar salad dressing
  • Dijon mustard, to serve
Instructions:
  • Heat up a barbecue plate or large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook sausages, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown and fully cooked.
  • In a large bowl, combine apple, cabbage, onion, celery, rocket, and dressing. Drizzle with dressing, season with salt and pepper, then toss to combine. Serve sausages with mustard and salad.
