Bake a delicious, wholesome mix of cereal, berries, oats, and nuts for a satisfying and crunchy snack.
Ingredients:
  • 2 1/2 cups Total® Cranberry Crunch cereal
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/3 cup frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 300°F and generously coat a 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • Combine ingredients in a large bowl until thoroughly mixed, then spread mixture evenly in pan.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway, until almonds are lightly browned. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving with yogurt or milk.
