Elevate your appetizer game with our simple and delicious cream cheese bites.
Ingredients:
  • 2 ounces salmon lox, finely chopped
  • 1/2 package (8-ounce size) cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 teaspoon chopped fresh or 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1 large cucumber, cut into 1/4-inch slices (12 slices)
  • 1 large carrot, cut into 1/4-inch slices (12 slices)
  • Crackers, if desired
  • Dill weed sprigs, if desired
Instructions:
  • Combine the lox, cream cheese, and chopped dill weed together.
  • Use a decorating bag with a large star tip to pipe a heaping teaspoon of the lox mixture onto each cucumber and carrot slice or cracker. Alternatively, spoon the cream cheese mixture on top. Finish each piece with a garnish of a dill weed sprig.
