Spicy chili transforms refreshing cucumber salad into a delightful sensation.
Ingredients:
  • 3 Lebanese cucumbers, halved, thinly sliced
  • 10.00 gm caster sugar
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  • 40.00 ml cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt
Instructions:
  • Combine cucumbers, garlic, sugar, chili, vinegar, and oil in a small bowl. Mix thoroughly and season with salt to taste. Allow the flavors to develop by covering and setting aside for at least 1 hour.
  • Transfer the dish into a beautiful serving bowl and present it elegantly.
