Spicy cumin enhances flavor in crispy roast potatoes.
Ingredients:
  • 4kg chat (baby coliban) potatoes
  • 20.00 ml cumin seeds
  • 4.80 gm sea salt flakes
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 220°C. Boil potatoes in cold water until almost tender, about 10 minutes. Drain well.
  • Set aside one-third of the potatoes. Arrange the rest in a roasting pan and gently crush them with a wooden spoon. Drizzle with oil, sprinkle with cumin, salt, and pepper. Roast until golden brown and crispy, about 15 minutes. Transfer to a serving platter and serve hot.
