Creamy curried cauliflower made with chicken soup base.
Ingredients:
  • 1 large head cauliflower, broken into small florets
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 12 wheat crackers
  • 0.25 cup melted butter
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
  • Steam cauliflower until tender but still firm, then transfer it to a greased casserole dish.
  • Combine soup, mayonnaise, milk, and curry powder in a large bowl. Pour the mixture over the cauliflower. Crush crackers and mix with butter, then sprinkle over the cauliflower.
  • Place in a hot oven and bake for 30 minutes.
