Spice up your burger game with turkey burgers featuring curry and mango chutney for a burst of bold flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground turkey (such as Jenni-O®)
  • 0.25 cup mango chutney (such as Major Grey's®)
  • 2 tablespoons panko bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Mix together ground turkey, flavorful mango chutney, bread crumbs, dried onion, aromatic curry powder, fresh ginger, garlic powder, and salt until fully combined. Divide the mixture into quarters and form into 1/2-inch thick patties.
  • Chill the patties in the freezer for 20 minutes to ensure they retain their shape on the grill and remain intact.
  • Preheat the outdoor grill to medium-high heat and brush the grate lightly with oil.
  • Grill turkey burgers over direct heat until fully cooked and juicy, about 4 to 5 minutes per side, reaching an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Serve hot.
