Dalgona Cocktail

Elevate Dalgona coffee with a splash of amaretto and creme de cacao for a decadent cocktail twist.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
  • 2 tablespoons boiling water
  • 0.75 cup milk, divided
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 fluid ounce amaretto liqueur
  • 1 fluid ounce creme de cacao
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix sugar and instant coffee, then pour in boiling water. Whip the mixture until it thickens and holds its shape, for about 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Pour half of the milk into a charming old fashioned glass.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the remaining milk, amaretto, and creme de cacao. Cover and shake vigorously for about 2 minutes. Strain into an old fashioned glass and spoon the dalgona whip on top.
