Ingredients:
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 1 small brown onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 48.80 gm Worcestershire sauce
  • 40.00 ml tomato (ketchup) sauce
  • 160ml thickened cream
Instructions:
  • In a medium frying pan over medium heat, sauté the oil, onion, and garlic, stirring occasionally for about 3 minutes until the onion is softened.
  • Stir in the rest of the ingredients and bring the mixture to a boil. Let it simmer without a lid for about 3 minutes or until the sauce has slightly thickened.
