Try this refreshing dill pickle pasta salad for a zesty summer meal. Quick, easy, and bursting with tangy pickle flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups rotini pasta, uncooked
  • 0.66666668653488 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.33333334326744 cup chopped dill pickles, or more to taste
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.125 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 pinch garlic powder, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add rotini and cook for 8 minutes until al dente.
  • Combine the mayonnaise, pickles, mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, celery salt, and garlic powder in a bowl while the pasta is cooking.
  • After draining the noodles, rinse them under cold water until cooled. Transfer to a large bowl and toss with dressing until fully coated. Mix in extra pickle chunks as desired. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
