Elevate your summer BBQ with this zesty dill pickle pasta in just three easy steps.
Ingredients:
  • 2 boxes Betty Crocker™ Suddenly Pasta Salad™ ranch & bacon salad mix
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 8 oz Colby-Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
  • 2 cups sliced dill pickles
  • 1/2 cup dill pickle juice
  • 4 tablespoons chopped fresh dill weed
Instructions:
  • Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the box. Once cooked, drain the pasta and transfer it to a large bowl.
  • Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and 1 seasoning packet from the salad box in a small bowl. Mix until well combined, then stir into a large bowl of pasta. Save the extra seasoning packet for later use.
  • Incorporate the rest of the ingredients and chill in the fridge for 2 hours before enjoying.
