Impressively quick and flavorful baked salmon with yogurt, herbs, and cheese coating. Perfect for any occasion!
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 0.25 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 0.75 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese, optional
  • 4 (4 ounce) salmon fillets, skin removed
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and lightly coat a glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, tarragon, dill, mozzarella, and Parmesan in a small bowl. Spread cheese mixture evenly over fish fillets in the baking dish.
  • Cook the fish in a preheated oven for approximately 15 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.
