Ingredients:
  • pickled beetroot
  • smoked salmon from sustainable sources, ask your fishmonger
  • horseradish
  • cress
  • lemon juice
  • extra virgin olive oil
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, layer sliced pickled beetroot with smoked salmon spread with horseradish, beetroot slices, a pinch of cress, and a squeeze of lemon juice from a wedge. Skewer all ingredients on your fork, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, and enjoy!
