Decadent double chocolate-toffee cookies bursting with white chocolate chips, cocoa, pecans, and toffee bits for a perfect balance of sweetness and crunch.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup toffee baking bits
  • 0.5 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt, sifting them together.
  • In a mixing bowl, blend the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until creamy. Add the eggs and vanilla, then stir in the sifted dry ingredients. Finally, fold in the white chocolate chips, toffee bits, and chopped pecans.
  • Spoon cookie dough onto ungreased baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until edges turn golden, approximately 10 minutes. Allow to cool briefly on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Continue baking the remaining batches following the same process as in Steps 4 and 5.
