Ingredients:
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 (15 ounce) can solid pack pumpkin puree
  • 2 (3.5 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1.5 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
Instructions:
  • Prepare all your ingredients.
  • In a large bowl, combine milk with pumpkin puree, pudding mix, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves. Whisk until well combined and let the mixture sit until thickened, about 5 minutes.
  • In a large bowl using an electric mixer, blend cream cheese, milk, and sugar until smooth. Carefully fold in whipped topping.
  • Spread the mixture evenly into the graham cracker crust.
