Double-choc strawberries

Indulge in our exquisite Valentine's Day chocolate-covered strawberries.
Ingredients:
  • 150g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 250g strawberries, chilled
  • 90g white chocolate, chopped
Instructions:
  • Prepare a tray lined with baking paper. Put dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds with a metal spoon until smooth.
  • Take a luscious strawberry and plunge it into decadent dark chocolate. Gently position it on a lined tray. Repeat this tantalizing process with the rest of the strawberries and dark chocolate. Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes or until firm.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Dip each strawberry into the melted white chocolate, coating the tips. Place them on a tray and refrigerate for 5 minutes to set. Serve chilled.
