Indulgent chocolate chip and peanut butter cookie bar - guaranteed crowd-pleaser!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Double Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 pouch (7.2 oz) Betty Crocker™ Peanut Butter Cookie Mix
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chunks, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare an 8-inch square pan by lining it with cooking parchment paper or spraying it with cooking spray.
  • Using a stand mixer or a hand-held mixer, combine the double chocolate chunk cookie mix, 1/4 cup oil, 2 tablespoons water, and the egg until a soft dough forms. Press half of the dough into the bottom of the pan.
  • Use a stand mixer or hand-held mixer to blend the peanut butter cookie mix, 2 tablespoons of oil, and 1 tablespoon of water until a crumbly dough forms. Spoon the dough in tablespoons over the chocolate cookie dough. Place the remaining chocolate cookie dough in between the peanut butter dough mounds. Flatten the dough with a spatula and evenly sprinkle chocolate chunks over the top.
  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until edges are golden brown and the center is firm. Allow to cool for about 45 minutes until completely cooled.
  • Cut the bars into bite-sized squares for easy serving.
