Elevate Betty Crocker™ double chocolate chunk cookie mix by adding pudding for extra fudginess, and topping with mini peanut butter cups for a decadent touch of sweetness.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Double Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix
  • 1 box (3.9 oz) Jell-O™ chocolate-flavor instant pudding & pie filling mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/4 cups Reese's Peanut Butter Cups® minis (from 8-oz bag)
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Combine cookie mix, dry pudding mix, melted butter, water, and egg in a large bowl until a soft dough forms. Mix in minis until well blended. Scoop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough onto ungreased cookie sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until edges are set. Let cool for 5 minutes, then transfer to cooling racks. Allow to cool completely for about 30 minutes before storing in an airtight container.
