Vanilla-infused cookies with rich flavor from pudding mix and double vanilla extract.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 jumbo egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine both portions of flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. In another bowl, use an electric mixer to blend the butter, brown sugar, and pudding mix until smooth; then mix in the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract until fully combined. Gently mix the flour mixture into the egg mixture until just incorporated. Finally, fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Form the dough into 2-inch balls and arrange them 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.
  • Bake until beautifully golden for approximately 15 minutes.
