Dreamy Tropical Cream Fizz

Create a refreshing tropical dessert drink for all ages!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups mango juice or tropical juice blend
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 12 to 14 ice cubes
  • 1 cup club soda
  • 1 pint coconut ice cream, coconut sorbet or vanilla ice cream
  • Large candy sprinkles, if desired
Instructions:
  • For extra chill, place glass jars or goblets in the freezer for a few hours before serving.
  • In a blender, combine mango juice, lime juice, and ice cubes. Blend on high for about 45 seconds until smooth. Divide the mixture into 4 jars.
  • In each jar, gently pour 1/4 cup of fizzy club soda followed by a generous scoop of creamy ice cream. Finish with a sprinkle of colorful candy for a delightful touch.
