Easy and decadent dulce de leche ice cream with just 4 ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 600ml milk
  • 600g dulce de leche
  • 300ml thickened cream, whipped
Instructions:
  • Simmer milk in a pan over low heat until steaming. Whisk in dulce de leche until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool.
  • Gently mix the dulce de leche mixture and vanilla into the cream until well combined. Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
  • Prepare the ice cream base as directed by the manufacturer. Alternatively, pour the mixture into a shallow container and freeze until partially frozen. Beat with electric beaters, return to the container, and refreeze, repeating this process 2-3 times. Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
