Indulge in easy, luscious chocolate dessert dips that are simply irresistible.
Ingredients:
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) thickened cream
  • 2 x 72g Mars Bars, coarsely chopped
  • 150g white chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 20.00 ml Original Irish Cream liqueur
  • Fresh strawberries, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, combine 80ml (1/3 cup) of cream and the Mars Bar. Stir occasionally for 8 minutes until the Mars Bar melts. Whisk with a balloon whisk until smooth, then transfer to a serving bowl.
  • In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the white chocolate, Baileys, and remaining cream. Cook and stir for 5 minutes until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and serve with strawberries for dipping.
