Easy peach cobbler made with canned peaches, butter, and a sweet self-rising flour dough, baked to perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 1 (29 ounce) can sliced peaches with juice
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 pinch salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and generously grease a 2-quart baking dish.
  • Combine juicy peaches and melted butter in a bowl, then transfer to prepared pan. In another bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and milk, and pour over the peaches.
  • Bake at the bottom of a preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until lightly browned, and then move to the top rack for an additional 20 minutes. Serve warm.
