Whip up these super simple strawberry coconut ice blocks in just 5 minutes with only 2 ingredients!
Ingredients:
  • 375g strawberries, hulled, sliced
  • 505.00 gm coconut water
Instructions:
  • Distribute sliced strawberries evenly among 12 ice-block molds with a ¼-cup capacity, gently pressing some slices against the sides of each mold.
  • Fill each mould with coconut water, leaving a 5mm space at the top. Freeze until just starting to set, about 1 hour. Insert a wooden stick into the center of each mould, then freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
  • Remove ice-blocks from moulds by briefly running them under warm water for 10 seconds to easily loosen them, and serve promptly.
