Indulgent chocolate treats loved by all ages.
Ingredients:
  • 12 shredded wheatmeal biscuits
  • 453g tub Creamy Deluxe Milk Chocolate Fudge Frosting
  • 7.80 gm shredded coconut
  • Easter eggs, to decorate
Instructions:
  • Prepare a large baking tray lined with baking paper. Arrange 6 biscuits on the paper. Generously spread each biscuit with a luxurious tablespoon of frosting, then sandwich them with another biscuit on top.
  • Frost the sides of each biscuit stack with 2 tablespoons of frosting and generously coat the tops with a thick layer of frosting.
  • With a spoon, create a nest-shaped indentation in the frosting on top of each biscuit stack. Fill each nest with 1 teaspoon of coconut. Add eggs to the biscuit stacks. Let it stand for 30 minutes for the icing to set. Serve.
