Tangy spinach salad with crispy bacon, eggs, and sweet dressing.
Ingredients:
  • 4 slices bacon, or more to taste
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag fresh spinach, stems removed
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 0.33333334326744 cup ketchup
  • 0.25 cup vegetable oil
  • 0.25 cup vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
  • Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crisp, turning frequently for about 10 minutes. Transfer to paper towels to absorb excess grease, then crumble once cooled.
  • In a generous salad bowl, combine the spinach with crispy bacon, diced hard-cooked eggs, and chopped onion. Gently mix all the ingredients to evenly coat the salad.
  • Combine sugar, ketchup, vegetable oil, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl and whisk until sugar dissolves. Drizzle dressing over salad and mix well to combine.
