Wholesome spinach smoothie with fruit and flaxseed, great any time of day!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 medium navel orange, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 0.5 medium banana
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
Instructions:
  • In a blender, blend together water, spinach, orange chunks, banana, and flaxseed until smooth, for about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
