Easy and tasty roast pork dinner recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 1 Pork Loin Roast with Herbs & Spices
  • 1kg baby potatoes
  • 1 bunch (about 400g) baby carrots, ends trimmed
  • 25g parmesan
  • 200g green beans, ends trimmed
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C. Line a deep baking tray with parchment paper. Position the pork in the center and surround it with potatoes. Drizzle everything with oil. Roast for 1 hour until the pork reaches your desired doneness. Add the carrots during the last 10 minutes of cooking. Rest the pork on a plate covered with foil to keep it warm.
  • Gently squash the potatoes using a clean tea towel, then sprinkle them with the parmesan. Roast for an additional 15 minutes in the oven until the potatoes are golden and the carrots are tender.
  • Cook the beans in a large saucepan of boiling water for 2-3 minutes until they turn bright green and are tender-crisp. Drain thoroughly.
  • Season the succulent pork generously and present it alongside a medley of perfectly roasted potatoes, carrots, and green beans.
