Elevate pork chops with a flavorful homemade herb and spice rub. Ready for a delicious pan-fried dinner?
Ingredients:
  • 0.33333334326744 cup dried parsley
  • 0.25 cup dried marjoram
  • 0.25 cup dried thyme
  • 3 tablespoons rubbed sage
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 boneless pork loin chops
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil, or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
Instructions:
  • Combine the parsley, marjoram, thyme, sage, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  • Massage each pork chop with a generous amount of the herb mixture, ensuring it's well coated. Save the extra herb mix in an airtight container for future use.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, sear pork chops in oil until cooked through, about 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure they reach 145 degrees F (63 degrees C) in the center.
