Creamy cheesecake filling layered with bananas and blueberry compote for a refreshing summer dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (9 inch) baked pie crust
  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • 1 (16 ounce) can blueberry pie filling
Instructions:
  • Whip heavy cream in a bowl until stiff peaks form using an electric mixer or whisk.
  • In a separate bowl, whip together cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in whipped cream until fully combined.
  • Arrange ripe banana slices in a single layer on the pie crust, then generously spread the luscious cream cheese mixture over the bananas. Next, generously spread the irresistible blueberry pie filling over the cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours before enjoying.
