Indulgent cappuccino chocolate brownies are adored by all ages!
Ingredients:
  • 19.5 ounces baking chocolate, grated
  • 6 eggs
  • 2.3333332538605 cups white sugar
  • 1.5 cups unsalted butter
  • 1.125 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 cup cocoa powder
  • 0.25 cup instant coffee granules
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 0.875 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
  • Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 15 seconds, for 2 to 3 minutes until smooth.
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and prepare a 9x13-inch baking pan by greasing it.
  • Combine eggs and sugar in a bowl, whisking until smooth. Gently fold in melted chocolate and butter until fully incorporated.
  • Combine the flour and cocoa powder in a separate bowl, then add it to the chocolate mixture. Dissolve instant coffee in water, pour into the batter, and mix in heavy cream and walnuts. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
