Delicious creamy sandwiches, perfect for a quick and comforting meal the whole family will love, great for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (12 ounce) can fully cooked luncheon meat (such as SPAM®), cubed
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup creamy salad dressing (such as Miracle Whip™)
  • 4 hamburger buns, split
Instructions:
  • Preheat the broiler in the oven and position the oven rack 6 inches away from the heat source.
  • Mix the luncheon meat, flavorful Cheddar cheese, and tangy salad dressing in a bowl. Spread this delicious mixture onto the interior of each hamburger bun, then place them filling-side up on a baking sheet.
  • Place the open-faced sandwiches in the oven and broil until the tops are golden brown and bubbling, approximately 5 minutes.
