Make delicious nutty French brunch with Bisquick® mix: cherry peach clafoutis with sugar topping.
Ingredients:
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) pitted tart red cherries in water, well drained
  • 1 can (15.25 oz) sliced peaches in syrup, drained
  • 1/3 cup slivered almonds
  • 2/3 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Coat a 10-inch round shallow baking dish with cooking spray, then spread cherries, peaches, and almonds evenly in the dish.
  • Combine Bisquick mix, granulated sugar, milk, vanilla, and eggs in a medium bowl. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes until smooth. Pour the mixture over the fruit mixture.
  • Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Dust with powdered sugar and serve while warm.
