Easy chicken and mushroom pie recipe

Quick and cozy 30-minute weeknight dinner perfect for chilly evenings.
Ingredients:
  • 1 Hot Roast Chicken, bones removed, meat shredded
  • 60g baby spinach leaves
  • 475g jar Creamy Mushroom Simmer Sauce
  • 100g pizza cheese
  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, just thawed
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200°C. Mix together the chicken, spinach, simmer sauce, and cheese in a large bowl, then transfer the mixture to a 6-cup (1.5L) ovenproof dish.
  • Lay the pastry on a tidy work surface, slice into triangles, and place them over the chicken mixture in the dish. Lightly coat with olive oil spray and season to perfection.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until the pastry is beautifully golden brown and puffed up.
