Delicious and easy chicken stir-fry, perfect with any rice and crispy fried noodles. Pair with a refreshing orange soda for a complete meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 (8 ounce) cans sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 0.5 pound fresh green beans, cut into pieces
  • 0.5 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 0.5 pound fresh bean sprouts
  • 0.5 pound fresh broccoli, cut into pieces
  • 0.5 pound fresh green cabbage, cut into pieces
  • 1.5 cups stir-fry sauce (such as Kikkoman®)
  • 0.5 cup minced garlic
  • 7 green onion stalks, cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons ground ginger, or to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt, or to taste
Instructions:
  • In a large wok over high heat, heat oil. Add chicken, water chestnuts, celery, carrots, green beans, mushrooms, bean sprouts, broccoli, cabbage, stir-fry sauce, garlic, green onion, sesame seeds, ground ginger, and salt. Cook until vegetables are tender and chicken is cooked through, 20 to 30 minutes, stirring regularly.
