Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 6 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mango chutney
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chile powder
  • 2 teaspoons garam masala
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, chopped
  • 0.33333334326744 cup sliced almonds
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, heat oil and butter until shimmering. Add onions and cook until softened.
  • Combine onion, yogurt, mango chutney, garlic, turmeric, chile powder, and garam masala in a food processor until smooth. Adjust thickness with a little water or yogurt if necessary. Pour the sauce over the chicken in a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake in a hot oven for 30 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked. Sprinkle with sliced almonds and enjoy!
