No need to brown chicken for full flavor in this dish.
Ingredients:
  • 2.5 cups pasta sauce
  • 6 tablespoons CRACKER BARREL Finely Shredded 100% Parmesan Cheese
  • 6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 330 grams spaghetti, uncooked
  • 1.5 cups CRACKER BARREL Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Prepare a 13x9-inch baking dish by coating it with cooking spray before pouring in the sauce. Then, mix in 1/4 cup (4 Tbsp.) of Parmesan cheese. Place the chicken in the dish and make sure to coat both sides of each breast evenly with the sauce. Finally, cover the dish before proceeding.
  • Bake until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. While the chicken is baking, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions, without adding salt.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheeses over the chicken and bake without covering for 5 minutes, or until the mozzarella is perfectly melted.
  • Drain spaghetti and top with chicken and sauce before serving.
