Simplify classic chicken pot pie with handy frozen vegetables and a creamy twist using Bisquick™ for a quick and delicious meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 1 cup chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 can (10 1/2 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup Bisquick™ Original Pancake & Baking Mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray, then mix together vegetables, chicken, and soup until well combined.
  • Stir all the remaining ingredients in a medium bowl until well combined. Transfer the mixture into a pie plate.
  • Bake without covering for 29 to 33 minutes until the crust turns a deep golden brown.
