Easy Chicken Pot Pie (Cooking for 2)

Quick and easy Bisquick Heart Smart® chicken pot pie ready in 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup canned condensed reduced-fat reduced-sodium cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup fat-free (skim) milk
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 cup cut-up cooked chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick Heart Smart® mix
  • 2 tablespoons fat-free egg product or 1 egg white
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Mix soup and 1/4 cup milk in an ungreased 1-quart casserole dish. Add vegetables and chicken, then microwave uncovered on High for 3 minutes. Give it a stir and it's ready to enjoy!
  • Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl until well mixed, then pour the sauce over the chicken mixture.
  • Bake for around 20 minutes, or until the crust turns a beautiful golden brown.
