Decadent crab and cream cheese-filled cream puffs, perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup water
  • 0.5 cup salted butter
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 0.25 cup finely chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 1 dash soy sauce
  • 1 (12 ounce) package imitation crabmeat
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • In a saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil. Reduce heat and mix in flour until a ball forms. Remove from heat and stir in eggs until smooth.
  • Scoop the mixture by teaspoonfuls onto a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes until the puffs are beautifully golden brown and sound hollow when tapped. Allow to cool after removing from the oven.
  • Combine cream cheese, sour cream, fresh celery, onion, garlic powder, and soy sauce until creamy. Gently fold in the crab meat.
  • Stuff the chilled puff pastries with the crab filling.
