Ingredients:
  • 200.00 gm white long-grain rice
  • 1/2 medium brown onion, chopped
  • 250.00 ml frozen peas
  • 100g beansprouts, trimmed
  • 21.00 gm soy sauce
Instructions:
  • Prepare rice as instructed on the packet, then drain. In a hot wok, add oil and swirl to coat. Stir-fry onion for 2 to 3 minutes until softened. Add peas and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add beansprouts, rice, and soy sauce. Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes until heated through. Serve with Beef and snow pea stir-fry.
