Elevate instant ramen with a custom sauce of scallions, ginger, sesame oil, soy sauce, and rice wine vinegar.
Ingredients:
  • 6 scallions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon peeled and grated fresh ginger root
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
  • 3 (3 ounce) packages ramen noodles, without flavor packets
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix scallions, ginger, sesame oil, soy sauce, and rice wine vinegar. Stir well and chill in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  • 1. Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Add the noodles and cook for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to sit for 1 minute before serving.
  • After draining noodles, place them in a large bowl. Pour the reserved sauce mixture over the noodles and mix well to ensure they are fully coated.
