Gluten-free bagels made with almond flour and mozzarella for an easy, chewy, and delicious treat!
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon gluten-free baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, cubed
  • 2 eggs
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Combine almond flour, baking powder, and garlic salt in a bowl.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt together the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute, then stir well. Microwave for 1 more minute, stirring until fully combined. Quickly mix in the flour mixture and eggs. Knead by hand until a smooth, sticky dough forms, about 2 minutes. Keep kneading until the dough is uniform throughout.
  • Divide dough into 6 equal parts. Roll each into a long log and shape into a bagel, then place on the baking sheet.
  • Bake the bagels in the preheated oven until they turn golden, which should take 10 to 14 minutes.
