Delicious, no-fuss grilled chicken wings, ideal for any gathering. Simple ingredients, amazing flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 20 chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, or more as needed
  • 3 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 3 teaspoons ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Prepare a flaming hot outdoor grill and gently grease the grate.
  • Fold the chicken wing flaps to shape the wing into a triangle.
  • In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic salt, and pepper. Add a few chicken wings and toss to coat. Add more wings, sprinkle remaining garlic salt and pepper, and toss again until all wings are coated. Transfer wings to the preheated grill.
  • Grill the wings for 30 to 40 minutes, turning and rearranging occasionally, until beautifully browned, tender, and fully cooked with clear juices.
