Revamped lemon loaf with added ingredients for ultimate flavor explosion.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ White Cake Mix
  • 2 containers (6 oz each) Yoplait® Original yogurt lemon burst
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons coarse white sparkling sugar, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan with shortening and lightly dust with flour.
  • Combine cake mix, yogurt, melted butter, lemon peel, and eggs in a large bowl. Use an electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes, making sure to scrape the bowl occasionally. Transfer the batter to a pan and spread it evenly. Sprinkle sugar on top.
  • Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let the loaf cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then loosen the edges with a metal spatula and transfer to a cooling rack. Allow to cool completely for about 1 hour 30 minutes before slicing. Wrap tightly and store at room temperature.
