Elevate your Christmas with this simple homemade mayo.
Ingredients:
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 5.90 gm dijon mustard
  • 20.00 ml white wine vinegar
  • 2.40 gm sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 227.50 gm extra-light olive oil
Instructions:
  • Whisk together egg yolks, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until light and well mixed.
  • While the food processor is running, slowly pour in the oil until the mixture becomes thick and creamy.
  • Place the mayonnaise in a small airtight container and cover the surface with plastic wrap to prevent a skin from forming. Refrigerate for up to 1 week.
