Irresistibly moist pumpkin cookies studded with chocolate chips - perfect for a cozy treat with a cold glass of milk.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) while giving your baking sheets a light greasing.
  • Combine sugar, pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs, milk, and vanilla in a large bowl and whisk until silky smooth.
  • In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Slowly add the flour mixture to the pumpkin mixture and mix well. Fold in the chocolate chips. Spoon dough onto baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  • Bake until golden in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
