Ingredients:
  • 1 cup rice flour
  • salt to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon water, or as needed
  • cooking spray
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, combine rice flour and salt, then create a well in the center. Add egg, vegetable oil, and sufficient water to create a smooth batter.
  • Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat with cooking spray. Pour 1/4 cup batter into the pan, tilt to spread evenly, and cook for 1 minute. Flip and cook for another minute. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
