Easy Sheet-Pan Meatballs

Easy no-fuss meatballs - simply shape, bake, and enjoy in 35 minutes. Perfect to freeze for quick meals anytime.
Ingredients:
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion (1 medium)
  • 1/4 cup Progresso™ Italian Style Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
  • 1/2 lb bulk Italian pork sausage
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a 15x10x1-inch baking pan with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, beat the egg and then mix in all the remaining ingredients.
  • Line a baking pan with sprayed foil, then shape the beef mixture into an 8-inch square. Cut it into 25 squares without separating them.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until meatballs are fully cooked and no longer pink in the center. Use a sharp knife to slice meatballs.
