Impress with a vibrant fruit pie featuring creamy sweet cheese filling and colorful berries, citrus, and kiwi on a golden crust.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (9 inch) frozen pie crust, thawed
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 0.33329999446869 cup white sugar
  • 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, halved
  • 4 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll out the pastry into an 11-inch circle and place it gently on a baking sheet or pizza pan. Prick the pastry several times with a fork. Bake in a preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown. Allow it to cool completely before using.
  • In a small mixing bowl, whip together cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy. Spread the mixture evenly on the cooled pastry. Layer the fruit in a decorative pattern over the cream cheese. Chill until serving.
